We have skin types and colours, concerns and goals, and some habits that are not – all of which the way our skin behaves, reacts or ages. And with treatment and skincare options out there, and finding the right plan can be a little bit of a .

What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any  skin concerns and what your skin goals are. We  that information with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right treatment and plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully examine your skin, assessing the texture, thickness and colour which could concerns such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, congested or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress  your plan.

We’ll then discuss your daily and skincare and treatment plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of options peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and to use at home. Depending on your goals or the severity of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or specialist nurse. And if you are in injectables as a solution to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a General skin and (just click the following document) skin consultation with a specialist nurse or practitioner. Ideal for those with mild to skin including mild acne, skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised treatment plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin concerns that require a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse prescriber or doctor for .

To secure an appointment, we will require a deposit. Your credit or debit card will be secured against your booking. For or Nurse consultations we take a fully refundable (subject to terms) of £25 and £50 for Doctor led . Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin consultation lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your and create a  plan.

The is completely free, but we do require a £25 deposit to secure your consultation. You won’t be if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your over 48 hours before your in line with our  policy.​

The cost of your treatment and/or skincare plan will be during your consultation, but treatment can start from £59, depending on your clinic.

We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the if you wish.

Our expert skin will ask a of questions which are designed to help them create the best plan of action to tackle your skin concern. For example:

You can wear makeup to your appointment, however, we recommend that you come makeup free so that we can spend the maximum amount of time assessing your skin. We cannot fully your skin with makeup on as we need to assess the texture, and colour which could indicate such as acne or .
