What happens in the skin consultation

Our aim is to find out what you love and don’t love about your skin, if you have any particular skin  and what your skin goals are. We combine that with a full skin examination and assessment, so we can create the right and skincare plan for you.

During your consultation, we’ll remove makeup or products from so we can fully examine your skin, the texture, thickness and colour which could indicate concerns such as acne or pigmentation. Your skin will also be under a skin scanner, which can indicate if your skin is healthy, dehydrated, oily, or has sun damage. We will take your before photos, so you can see your progress throughout your plan.

We’ll then your daily and monthly skincare and treatment plan to get the best results for you and your skin. We may recommend a number of options including peels, microneedling or Hydrafacial, and skincare to use at home.  on your goals or the of your skin concern, we will refer you to a doctor or specialist nurse. And if you are interested in injectables as a to the signs of ageing, we can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber too.

Book a General skin analysis and consultation skin consultation with a nurse or . Ideal for those with mild to skin concerns including mild acne, skin, open pores, pigmentation, dull skin and mild signs of ageing, or for those who are simply just unsure where to start. Your skin will be fully examined for a number of skin concerns, your skin goals will be assessed, and your personalised treatment plan will be recommended. If you have more pronounced skin concerns that require a doctor or , we may refer you, and can also refer you to a nurse or doctor for .

To secure an appointment, we will a . Your credit or debit card will be against your booking. For or Nurse consultations we take a fully refundable ( to terms) of £25 and £50 for Doctor led . Please refer to our for more information.

Your skin lasts around minutes. This will allow the practitioner to fully assess your skin and your skin goals, discuss your and create a  treatment plan.

The is completely free, but we do require a £25 deposit to secure your . You won’t be charged if you attend your appointment, or you cancel or move your appointment over 48 hours before your appointment in line with our  policy.​

Should you have a more severe skin concern, they can also refer you into a doctor or  if you need to see one. Please note these consultations with a doctor or dermatologist are chargeable and do require a refundable* deposit – please check the consultation price before booking. We can also refer you to a doctor or nurse prescriber for an   if you are concerned about the signs of ageing. We will ask you to come makeup free, but feel free to bring some with you to put on after the if you wish.
